1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, registering as an exhibitor or sponsor, or entering the Cap City Collectibles Expo ("Event") at the Kalahari Convention Center, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Cap City Collectibles Expo is operated by Moshimo Collectibles LLC ("Management", "we", "us").

3. Exhibitor & Sponsor Regulations

Exhibitors, dealers, and commercial sponsors with reserved space on the ExpoFP ballroom floor plan agree to the following terms:

• Booth Payment: Booth space is reserved upon payment confirmation. All booth space deposits, balance payments, and sponsorship packages ($2,500 Prime Vendor Sponsor) are non-refundable.
• Move-In & Move-Out Schedule: Move-in is permitted starting Friday, May 21, 2027. All booths must be fully staffed during official show operating hours (Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Teardown before 5:00 PM on Sunday is strictly prohibited.
• Authenticity & Counterfeits: Exhibitors warrant that all trading cards, sports memorabilia, sealed wax, and collectibles offered for sale are 100% authentic. The display or sale of counterfeit cards, fake autographs, or unauthorized proxy merchandise will result in immediate expulsion without refund and potential law enforcement referral.
• Texas Sales Tax: Exhibitors are solely responsible for collecting and remitting Texas sales tax and must possess a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit.

4. Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

Cap City Collectibles Expo is a welcoming, family-friendly event. Harassment, physical intimidation, theft, disorderly conduct, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Cosplay & Prop Policy: All costume props must be inspected and peace-bonded at the security desk upon arrival. No functional projectile weapons, live steel, sharp edges, or firearms are permitted on premises.
• Bag Checks: Security personnel reserve the right to inspect backpacks, trade binders, cases, and bags upon entry and exit.
• Kalahari Resort Compliance: Attendees must comply with all rules of Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, including parking guidelines and indoor facility policies.

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Attendees, exhibitors, and participants acknowledge that attendance involves inherent risks, including the handling and transit of valuable collectibles. Management, its organizers, Beckett Grading Services, and Kalahari Resorts shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced merchandise, cards, or personal belongings. Attendees are encouraged to maintain independent collectible insurance (such as Stadium Insurance).

6. Photography & Media Release

By entering the Event, you grant Cap City Collectibles Expo and its media partners full permission to photograph, film, or record your likeness, voice, or appearance in any live stream, broadcast, social media post, or promotional marketing material without compensation or prior approval.
